1) You may plead Not Guilty by letter/email: (A trial date will be set for you which you will be required to appear at a later date) In order to do this you must provide a current mailing address and phone number (cell number). You will receive confirmation of your new court date via email or USPS.
2) You may plead Guilty by letter/email to request a fine: (You will be notified by court staff of the fine assessed by the court.)
a. If paying in full, you may pay:
i. on-line @ https://pay.arcourts.gov/pay/
ii. call the cashier’s office at 501-340-6825 and make payment by phone, debit or credit card;
iii. or mail your payment in the form of check or money order made out to Pulaski County District Court, 3001 W. Roosevelt Road., Little Rock, AR 72204 (YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE NUMBER ON YOUR CHECK/MONEY ORDER TO INSURE PROPER CREDIT)
b. If you are requesting time to pay:
i. you may be granted a payment plan that includes a $10.00 court automation fee added each month until the balance is paid in full.
ii. once you receive a pay-plan, you can pay on-line @ https://pay.arcourt.gov/pay/ ;
iii. or mail your payment in the form of check or money order made out to Pulaski County District Court, 3001 W. Roosevelt Road., Little Rock, AR 72204 (YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE NUMBER ON YOUR CHECK/MONEY ORDER TO INSURE PROPER CREDIT)
3) You may plead Guilty and request Probation if you qualify. To qualify you must meet the following conditions:
> No convictions for DWI/DUI
> No moving violations within the past 3 years
> No “Failures to Appear”
> Have current insurance/registration
> Have a valid driver’s license
If Probation is granted, you will be required to:
> Attend a Defensive Driving School*
> Pay $100.00 Monitoring Fee
> Pay $35.00 fee for attendance in a Defensive Driving School*
AND
> Be free from any moving violations for a period of 6 months.
(No Fines or Court Costs will be assessed)
If any of these requirements are not met, you will be required to appear in District Court at your Review Hearing.
If ALL conditions of Probation are met, your charge will be dismissed and not appear on your Driving Record.
* Depending on future needs for “Social Distancing” this requirement may be waived
Pulaski County District Court has resumed all plea & arraignment hearings as well as review hearings following strict CDC guidelines, per curium opinions handed down from the Arkansas Supreme Court and Executive Order of the Pulaski County Judge.
You are required to be in court on the date indicated on your traffic/criminal citation.

Beginning April 5th, 2020 individuals and attorneys appearing in Pulaski County District Court for felony charges on “PASS TO FILE” dockets will be required to appear at all scheduled court appearances until such time the charge(s) is/are filed in Circuit Court or is reduced to a misdemeanor and adjudicated in District Court. The “PASS TO FILE” docket will begin promptly at 8:00 am prior to the normally scheduled court docket.
Driving probation is offered by Pulaski County District Court for moving violations only. Upon successful completion of the 6 month probation period, the moving violation for which you received probation will be dismissed and withheld from your driving record. If you comply with all requirements you will not be required to appear in court on your 6 month review hearing. However, should you fail to comply, you will be required to appear in court, at which time you may be fined on your original offense.
